Building design
The @RLiS_house condominium series is based on the concept of "Japaneseness," with the entrance area designed to resemble a stately "warehouse" for a calm appearance. The overall design of the building is inspired by the four seasons.
In the entrance hall, the design is inspired by the traditional Japanese event of Tanabata (Star Festival), with bamboo branches and constellations of the Milky Way as wish decorations. The ceiling of the entrance hall is decorated with designs of bamboos and constellations of the Milky Way, inspired by the traditional Japanese event of Tanabata. A bear character welcomes visitors at the reception desk, creating a space that resembles an amusement facility.
At @RLiS_house Osaka Dome City, three different designs are incorporated to give visitors a taste of different interior designs on different floors. On the upper floor, you will find interior rooms produced by a famous Japanese fashion brand. On the middle floor, interior rooms produced by Belle Maison, a major mail order company. On the lower floor, there are interior rooms based on the concept of luxury hotel suites, with attention paid to every detail of each room's interior design.

Surrounding area
Osaka Dome City" is the entrance to the Osaka Bay area.
The hotel is conveniently located near Namba, Kaiyukan, Universal Studios Japan, and Osaka Castle, as the Osaka Bay area will be developed with the Osaka Expo and IR attraction, and with many train lines (JR, Osaka Metro, and Hanshin) serving the area. Also, Kobe and Nara are only one train ride away by taking the Hanshin Electric Railway. Also, from the bus stop in front of the building, you can conveniently go to Umeda, Namba, and Tempozan (Kaiyukan) with one train. You can also easily reach the center of Kyoto City by taking the Osaka Metro Nagahori Tsurumi Line and transferring to the Keihan Electric Railway at Kyobashi Station. The area around the building is urban and conveniently located, with many restaurants, UNIQLO and Shimamura clothing stores, and various convenience stores in the neighborhood. It is also very convenient and recommended to stay here in conjunction with the Dome Tour of the world-famous stars.

Traffic access
Namba is one of the largest central terminal stations in Osaka.
When the new line opens, not only will it be possible to go from Kansai Airport Station to JR Namba, Nankai Namba Station and Nankai New Namba Station (tentative name) without transfers, but also to Kita-Umeda Station (tentative name) and JR Shin-Osaka Station with ease, further increasing the value of the "Namba" location. The "Namba" location will further increase its usability value.
